The first-ever Snowvana preseason party is on for October 21st and 22nd at the Memorial Coliseum in Portland, and it is going to be huge.
Here's a quick list of what to expect:

5 Snowvana Season Passes good for all three Mt. Hood resorts plus Mt. Bachelor
All sorts of free prizes will be raffled off during the two-day event: custom skis and snowboards from Oregon's own Deviation and ON3P, helmets and goggles from POC, a pair of Armada 163s, and more. Winners will be announced Friday at 7pm and 9pm and Saturday at 1pm, 3pm and 6pm.

Mt. Hood Ski Patrol, Sun Valley, ReRack, Mt. Hood Meadows, PACRAT ski racers, Hope on the Slopes, Ski to Defeat ALS, Lumberyard Indoor Bike Park, Mt. Hood Skibowl, Teton Gravity Research, the Mt. Sample libations and concoctions from 10 Barrel Brewing, Willamette Valley Vineyards, Rogue, Widmer, Bend Distillery (maker of Crater Lake Vodka) and Mt. Hood Brewing. (Take a train or Uber home if you plan to drink more than a couple, please.)

Screenings will begin at 12:30 pm Saturday in the Georgia Pacific Room, off to the side from the main floor (the court where
Bill Walton and the Blazers won it all in '77.
